Angelica’s path into wellness was driven by a lifelong fascination with human nature and the resilience required not just to survive, but to live freely and joyfully. She is deeply inspired by the human condition — its struggles, triumphs, and capacity for growth — and is passionate about helping individuals recognize the internal tools they already possess to create meaningful change, regardless of circumstance.
Although Hope Springs Wellness was Angelica’s first professional experience in the wellness field, it provided her with a purposeful opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. The experience has laid a strong foundation for her future endeavors and continues to shape her perspective on healing and self-development.
Born in Austria and raised in Los Angeles, Angelica is of Armenian heritage. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
Her philosophy is rooted in humanistic values and grounded principles. Angelica emphasizes accountability alongside compassion and believes wellness requires courage, honesty, and humility. Rather than focusing on “changing” oneself, she encourages evolution — honoring where we come from while allowing room to grow into something better. Her work is guided by a willingness to be present, to learn from every experience, and to always try again.
Angelica especially enjoys working with individuals navigating substance use challenges and brings humor into her sessions when appropriate, believing laughter allows space for authenticity and balance. She values the strong sense of community at Hope Springs and finds the work most rewarding when clients show vulnerability, strength, and openness in their healing journeys.
